Part III of the collaboration with Chef Elizabeth (http://www.onehundredeggs.com) & Stylist Taryn (http://www.sageandstyle.com/).  These golden flaky crusts bursting with savory dark meats, rich chutney's, + sweet mixed berries, brought all conversation to a halt.  The finale to our long day of shooting (baking/designing/tasting/laughing/sipping/plating/etc) was just what we needed... and we had been watching them bubble and crisp for what felt like an eternity.
